Hello there fellow gamers, I have wrapped up the long weekend and I managed to game, sure I waited for my partner to fall asleep before I quietly fired up the good ole PS4 or my newly built gaming rig, i still played!
The question is, what did I play, and why? You probably have more in-depth questions, but I don’t want to delve into the meaning of life, especially since I am failing at it.
Ryse – Son of Rome
I am smashing through this game because I have never owned an Xbox or a PC powerful enough to run big games, but guess what – sell your soul, and you can earn enough to purchase these things. The game caught my eye when it first came out, but I never had to chance to play, now that I have the PC and the game is cheap I thought why not. The game has aged pretty well, its a fun no fuss hack and slash action game.
Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch Remastered
Random? A video game which is essentially a funny children’s movie, a stark contrast to Ryse – Son of Rome where you hack your way through barbarians, honestly though I have put in about 4-5 hours and the game is good – its valium in a video game form.
Assasins Creed: Origins
Neb! Yeh I love this game, this game represents the return of the series for me, this revamp made it fun, added a whole fantasy RPG element which I thought was a gamble but it paid off – I smashed about 7 hours, and I love it, this game is so huge that you still find new things to entertain you.
How did you spend your long weekend? Did you game or do other fun stuff? Let me know in the comments below.
