Hi there fellow gamers, did you ever want something and not get it, like if your a millennial and you get robbed of a future, well this is kind of like that – we lost our future but got the smartphone, so a sort of win?. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity announced out of nowhere is good and bad news, we wanted a Breath of the wild sequel, but a prequel will do.
THE CALAMITY
Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is the new Zelda game coming to the Nintendo Switch on November 20th 2020, barring further COVID-19 delays. The game is a sequel to Hyrule Warriors, released in 2014 and is the spiritual successor to Dynasty Warriors. This battle-orientated prequel to Breath of The Wild is based around events 100 years before. Based around Hyrule’s battle of good v evil that led to the calamity.
The announcement comes a week after Nintendo revealed a huge slate of Super Mario news. For the Breath of the Wild sequel, we will still have to wait. It’s coming – just a bit delayed like everything else. Are you looking forward to this addition? Do you have a wish list of features for this game? Let me know in the comments below.
