Hi there fellow gamers. I finally got my PlayStation 5. There was no big ques, no hunting; I heard Vodafone was selling PlayStations to select customers. An online rumor told me there would be a stock drop mid-January and bobs your uncle. The answer to where to get a PlayStation 5 is, Vodafone Australia has a limited amount of stock, and you have to be a customer with a certain number of services. Everyone who was looking for that answer would jump on the phone to get in touch with them, especially if you are already a Vodafone customer.

Its here and its big

The PlayStation 5 comes in a big ass box, added to the pile of cardboard from my move into the new apartment. Adorning my new Ikea Hermes entertainment unit, the PlayStation 5 in its side is still a formidably sized console – hey, big fella. I can’t say this was a big battle, and like when I got my PlayStation 4 I don’t have many games to choose from. The only difference being that the PlayStation plus membership comes with a host of games you can download and play and my PlayStation 4 library is available to me.

I don’t have any of the exclusives, so I can’t speak to the hardware, but I was playing Assassins Creed Valhalla, and on the PlayStation 4, it was lagging, textures delayed loading the game is glitchy as all hell. There are only 10 games that are not backward compatible from the PlayStation 4 library;

  • DWVR
  • Afro Samurai 2 Revenge of Kuma Volume One
  • TT Isle of Man — Ride on the Edge 2
  • Just Deal With It!
  • Shadow Complex Remastered
  • Robinson: The Journey
  • We Sing
  • Hitman Go: Definitive Edition
  • Shadwen
  • Joe’s Diner
Where else?

The PlayStation 5 is coming to the shelves and I hope you haven’t approached those dirty scalpers who are trying to gauge people for money. Keep your eye on the following sites for stock of the PlayStation 5.

Days Gone 2 Rejected

Rejecting a Days Gone Part 2 pitch

Hi there, fellow gamers, as we all know, executives sometimes suck – in Sony’s case, they almost always suck. Apart from being racist to Kevin Hart in 2018, they have now apparently rejecting a Days Gone Part 2 pitch. I am not sure which is worse, Kevin Hart racism or rejection of one of my […]
